This was a major rejuvenation and renovation project for the Ashok Singhal Traditional Science & Technological Institute at VBS Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, undertaken under the empanelment with NCCF (Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Govt. of India). With a project value of ₹1,443.70 Lacs and a covered area of 11,019.31 Sq.Ft., this was one of the largest single-building projects by Built-Up Consultant. The project involved comprehensive architectural renovation, structural upgrades, and modernisation of building services.
